Edinburgh Park

Each September, my car goes in for a service and MOT. Which involves a visit to Edinburgh Park. It's a pain, but it has to be done. If I had any sense, I wouldn't have a car. I don't need one. But I don't have any sense and I do have a car.

This is as close as I get to a landscape.

I'm still getting lovely messages following the events of the weekend :-)

  1. Now that's a landscape I don't envy! I'm pleased to say I never got round to taking a driving test for one reason or another, these days I get to be all sanctimonious while muttering about carbon emissions (it's a great put-down to car owners when they mutter about me smoking!)

  2. A strangely deserted landscape - I wonder why no one else seems to go there!

  3. Perhaps they all have cars and only visit when it's MOT time. I like this shot. It does look kind of bleak. Glad the car's not too sick x

  4. It draws your eyes into the distance, nice. Looks rather like the local station where I used to live before I ever had a car... no other people and often no trains either!
