Persistent drizzle. Cold.
Visited the Helmut Newton foundation, which was, as you would expect, full of photographs of naked ladies. It got a bit boring after a while, but rather that than no photography museum at all.
Visited the Reichstag. Long wait to get in, which we had been warned about. Pretty amazing once inside. The view was good but would have been much better if not for the persistent drizzle.
Visited the Brandenburg Gate. Busy with workmen putting up scaffolding and laying power lines for the U2 gig on Thursday.
More pictures on Flickr. This weather really isn't conducive to photography.
I slept well last night and I think I shall do so again tonight.

Great shot of different building styles. Sorry to hear the weather's not good - hope it improves.
ReplyDeleteYes, fingers crossed for a drier day today, a bit of sunshine makes all the difference.
ReplyDeleteInteresting shot. I assume those are water pipes? I saw similar overground pipes in Cologne and I thought that they were a temporary arrangement while the new underground was being built. Perhaps it is a common thin in the German cities. If you happen to find out I would be interested.
