Did you hear the one about the three bins?

I get the feeling that there should be a joke about three bins... but if there is, I don't know it.

Bloomin' cold again today and the streets were paved with ice. It's good to be home - and, as Mo so nicely put it, it's Wednesday in old money :-)

    I know the second line of the joke:

    "There was a red one and two blue ones with green lids"...

    I don't know the rest though. Is "Biffa" the punch line?

    And the red bin said to the other two, "Hello, hello... where's you bin?" Sorry, couldn't resist it!
