Her name is Heather and she presents the weather on BBC Scotland. According to the BBC website, she has been doing this for 15 years, and they should know. Today it was announced that she is moving on to other things and her last forecast will be on 22 December. The wind, rain and freezing temperatures won't be the same without her.
