03 January 2010 - Mind the gap

Yesterday was the first time in over a year that I haven't posted a photograph. I survived. There is life after the picture-a-day thing :-)

I've made up for it today - there are plenty on Flickr. We took a little walk to the park. I think it's the first time I've seen the pond frozen over. The temptation to walk on it was great, but we resisted... Unlike some people. Mind you, I'm not sure I would have been terribly happy if this little girl had been my daughter...

We shall be spending the evening in the warmth. I can't finish without posting another shot of you know who :-)

    Glad to hear you kicked the habit without imploding! Think I'm with you re the little girl too. I wouldn't want any of my lot on there. Still, what would we know! Oh and BTW - Imp does look cosy!

    I'm glad you got through your day off but still managed to take some good photos today! Don't give up (I'm sure you won't), just carry on without the pressure.
